I live in the North....winters are brutal... in the old days..in the middle of winter....nothing better than throwing "Hunger" in the CD player...driving further north into the mountains...heat down low...window down...a couple of road beers... and just listening to those weird minor chord arrangements....repeating over and over... no bass at all.... just brilliant atmosphere... it's a shame they wanted to be drunk stupid punks instead of creating atmosphere like that... lo-fi atmosphere....without keyboards....without production.
